Unique closed circuit air purging system allows air and bubbles to be eliminated from the dispenser without loss of valuable reagent. Reagent "guard valve" prevents accidental discharge of reagent when the dispenser is not in use. Leakage and the need for discharge tube caps are eliminated. Exclusive integrated swivel neck allows the discharge tube to be turned 360° for convenient dispensing. The fit of the dispenser on the bottle is not affected, even when using adapters. Incorporating a polypropylene housing, it is fully autoclavable to 250°F (121°C) for sterilization.

The Labmax can be disassembled quickly and easily for thorough cleaning. Quick and accurate volume adjustment is easy with the locking rocker switch and sprocket guide. The zero point is manufactured into the Labmax; calibration is not necessary, even after disassembly and cleaning. ISO 9001 Certification has been achieved in the design, development and manufacturing stages of the Labmax. All Labmax dispensers feature a dated mark for compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.

Standard model has a direct displacing PTFE piston with PTFE coated O-ring and is suitable for use with most reagents.Solvent model has a glass piston and cylinder and is suitable for use with organics.HF version incorporates a Teflon® piston and cylinder for use with HF and other aggressive solvents. All models are supplied with adapters for use on a wide variety of bottles. Models up to 10mL have a 33mm thread and are supplied with 24, 28, 38, and 45mm adapters. Models from 25mL and greater have a 45mm thread and are supplied with adapters of 28, 33, and 38mm.

Dispensette® dispensers are rugged, reliable tools for the lab, for use with a wide variety of bases, concentrated and fuming acids (except HF), polar solvents, halogenated hydrocarbons, and most HPLC and combinatorial chemistry solvents. Floating piston design ensures smooth operation and reduces replacement of wearing parts. Unique SafetyPrime valve system enhances reagent conservation and dispensing safety, reducing splashes during priming. Valve block rotates 360° to allow the bottle label to face the user during dispensing. Unique one-twist discharge safety cap is easy to attach and remove. Telescopic filling tubes (from 125mm to 240mm) adjust easily to different size bottles, without measuring and cutting. All models are supplied with 45mm threads, and adapters for use with smaller bottles. Models up to 10mL nominal volume come with 24, 28, 33, and 38mm adapters. Larger models come with 28, 33, and 38mm adapters.

Dispensette® Organic is specially suited for organic solvents, concentrated acids and other difficult liquids. Available accessories include flexible discharge tubes, drying tubes (for moisture-sensitive applications), micro filter connector assemblies, and others.
