Remove grease, dust and other contaminants from the surfaces and cavities of small objects, parts and samples with the Mini Ultrasonic Cleaner. Very easy to use. Just put the objects to be cleaned into the stainless steel tank, or into the dipping basket (included), and then into the tank. Replace the transparent lid and turn the unit on. A ceramic chip generates thousands of tiny cleansing bubbles that vibrate at very high frequencies. When the vibration speed rises above ultrasonic frequencies, these minute bubbles explode, creating a powerful cleaning force that cleans not only the surface of an object, but the small hard-to-clean cavities of that object as well. The Mini Ultrasonic Cleaner cleans in three minutes, then shuts itself off. And unlike many chemical or abrasive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaning will not scratch or damage delicate objects. The General Purpose Utility Bath offers performance and reliability for procedures in environmental, medical, biotechnical and general laboratory applications. The seamless stainless steel interior chamber is easy to clean and maintain. The exterior has an epoxy powder coat that resists corrosion and chemical damage. Choose analog or digital temperature control, with a temperature display of from 0° to 100°C. Analog models each include a free thermometer. Controls are mounted on the front of the unit to simplify operation. Thermal runaway is prevented by an over-temperature safety circuit. Eight sizes to choose from, with chamber capacities ranging from 0.4 to 11.2 gallons (1.5 to 43L). All baths except models 181 and 281 include a stainless steel gable cover and diffuser shelf. Models 181 and 281 come with a polypropylene cover. UL listed. 120V.
