Finntip® Filter Tips

Finntip® Filters are designed for pipetting infectious materials, DNA/RNA solutions, radioactive samples, labeled materials and more. They are ideal for PCR and other amplification methods because they do not contain sealing additives. They are designed to prevent aerosol contamination. Though they cannot be autoclaved, they are supplied in vacuum-sealed, irradiated tip racks for applications requiring absolute sterility.

Finntip® Filters are made of inert, nonsealing, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which is molded into a matrix to ensure effective particle entrapment. Each tip end features straight, even sides and a hydrophobic surface that minimizes surface wetting, allowing complete dispensing of the sample. Eight convenient sizes fit 0.2µL to 10mL Finnpipettes®. The Finntip® Filter 50µL is designed for the Finnpipette® 16-channel pipettor. The Finntip® Filter 20µL is designed for the Finnpipette® Digital 2-20µL.
