Disruptor Beads

Disruptor Beads allow for the optimal disruption of cells when using Genie shakers. They are available in a 0.1mm diameter size, intended for use with bacteria, or a 0.5mm diameter size for use with yeast and fungi. The durable, lead-free beads can be cleaned with detergents, moderate acid solutions or bleach, and they are also autoclavable. Disruptor Beads can also be frozen if needed. Beads are available in an 8-oz bottle.
