Specially designed pouring lip makes it impossible for a drip to form. Teflon®-faced foamed polyethylene cap liner provides a tight seal and protects the pouring surface against dust. Sloping shoulders allow for easy filling and cleaning, and protect against surges while pouring. Large white writing block for bold labeling. Made from Wheaton® 400 borosilicate glass. Deep thread cap for all sizes is 33-430.

KIMAX® Media Bottles, made of Type 1 borosilicate glass, feature a linerless polypropylene orange cap with clear polypropylene pouring ring. The entire unit is autoclavable at 284°F (140°C). These multi-use bottles feature enhanced graduations and marking spots of white enamel, and they incorporate the wide GL45 screw thread.
Wheaton® "400" Borosilicate Glass (meets USP Type 1 standards) has low alkali content to help prevent changes in pH and maintain purity of contents. When fitted with the rubber-lined cap, this bottle is widely used for mixing and storage of culture media. With the LDPE-lined cap, it is suitable for distilled water, analytical standards and reagents. The Teflon®-lined cap, available with the graduated bottles, is inert to most chemicals.
Bottles are designed with large openings and sloping shoulders to facilitate pouring, filling and cleaning. Bottles, Teflon®- and rubber-lined caps are autoclavable. Safety-coated bottles are also available; call customer service for information.
Unique, square media bottles combine the clarity of glass with the strength of plastic to offer you a space-saving media bottle that™s lighter to ship and easier to handle. Bottles feature a no-drip pour lip which allows cleaner, faster, easier pouring and 20% more headspace than conventional media bottles for additives.
Permanent molded-in graduations provide easy, accurate volume determination at a glance. Caps are white polypropylene lined with polyethylene foam and are supplied attached to bottles. Bottles are E-beam sterilized and shipped shrink-wrapped in convenient trays.
