BiomegaŽ Bench-Top Autoclaves
Steam sterilization of research tools and consumables is convenient and affordable with the new BioClave Digital Autoclaves. The compact size fits almost any bench-top, and the stainless steel interior is surprisingly large. Sterilize a variety of liquids, media, instruments, glassware, plastic-ware and other laboratory items. Start the sterilization cycle with the press of a button. The large digital displays track the fully automated operation. A mechanical and electrical safety interlock prevents the door from being opened until the pressure has reached zero PSI. Stainless trays and a tray removal tool are included.
The16L BioClave offers these standard cycles: sterilization of liquids, wrapped instruments, unwrapped instruments/plastic-ware and "dry only". All settings are fully adjustable for special applications. A printer is available to record sterilization parameters of the 16L BioClave. Includes three stainless trays. The8L BioClave Mini is pre-programmed to meet basic sterilization needs. Temperature can be selected at 121°C or 134°C, but the sterilization time is fixed.
